1.How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on both the size of the order, the shipping address, and the shipping method. We have searched high and low to bring you the cheapest possible shipping costs with every order. We currently use both the U.S. Postal mail and Canada Post to ship our products to you. Check out our current shipping rates below.

SplitReason.com uses a base rate for the type of shipping and adds a PER ITEM rate. So an order containing 3 t-shirts, shipped to the U.S.A. using our Ground Mail option would cost:

USA Ground Mail Base Rate: $4.95 + $1.15 per t-shirt x 3 = $4.95 + $3.45 = $8.40.

2.Where do you ship?

We ship both to the United States and Canada as well as most other International destinations. The Express Mail shipping method is not available for International orders.

3.How quickly will my order arrive?
Your order will be shipped based on the "ships within" time frame that is specified on the product details page. This is typically 2 to 5 days, but in most cases orders are shipped on the same day, or the following day. Once your order has been shipped, the amount of time it takes to reach you depends on your location, and the shipping method that was selected. The below chart shows the expected delivery times based on the different shipping methods we currently offer:

Keep in mind that shipping procedures vary in many different Countries and Cities around the world. This can cause unexpected delays in addition to the time frames mentioned above. For the most part these situations are rare, but we can not guarantee that your order will not be delayed by customs or for other reasons outside of our control.

4.How is my order packaged for shipping?
We take a great deal of care to make sure that your product arrives safely in its original state. Items are packaged in tough, sturdy, die-cut cardboard boxes and envelopes, and sealed thoroughly. Packages contain the ordered items, an invoice, and any other small offerings that may be in effect at the time of ordering. (Example: stickers, promotions, etc...)

5.What is your return/exchange policy?

Return Policy - You can return most items sold by SplitReason.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of certain items including:

  • Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, shows obvious wear, or is damaged as determined by SplitReason.com staff.
  • Any item that has been washed and has now shrunk.
  • Any underwear or undergarments

Exchange Policy - You can exchange most items for other items of equal or lesser value sold on SplitReason.com within 30 days of delivery by returning them to the above address. Note that you will be charged an extra shipping charge on any new items being shipped to you.

6.How can I cancel an order?
Any order that has not yet been shipped can be cancelled by navigating to the particular order in Your account section. Once there, you can choose to cancel the order. If your order has already entered the shipping cycle however, you must email us at: orders@splitreason.com with your order # and tell us you would like to cancel the order. When the order arrives, please send it back to us in its original packaging to the below address:

7.Can I order out-of-stock items?
You cannot order out-of-stock items at this time. If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock simply send us an email, and we will let you know about the future availability of the product.  Emails can be sent to orders@splitreason.com.    

8.Where is my order?
You can always check the status of your order in the Your account section. If your order has already been shipped, expect delivery based on the following chart:

9.Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders that originate from P.O. Boxes at this time.

10.How often do you ship?
Our shipping frequency depends on the order volume.  We typically have shipments leaving our offices daily, or twice per week during slow periods. 

11.Why has my credit card been charged but I haven't received a shipping confirmation?
Our processing method begins with pre-authorization. Your bank sets aside funds for the transaction and some banks show it as if though the funds have already been charged. This does not mean that your card has already been charged. Upon shipping, your credit card transaction is completed, so you don't pay for anything until the order is on its way!

If you are in the UNITED STATES or OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY with the exception of Canada - You will not be charged any taxes by our company. If you reside in Canada, your orders including shipping charges are subject to the following taxes based on the province you live in:

If you live outside of Canada you may be charged a small duty fee. SplitReason.com has no control over these fees as they are entirely controlled by the governing customs body in the country you live in, and vary depending on the type of product you have purchased. It has been our experience that most of our customers in the United States have not been charged duty by U.S. customs on orders of $200 or less.

Some countries may charge VAT (Value added tax) or clearance import fees that you must pay upon delivery of your order. These taxes are not the responsiblity of Split Reason Clothing Inc, as they are controlled and enforced by the governing/customs body of your country.
