1. What types of t-shirts do you use?
Split Reason offers only high-quality 100% cotton Alstyle Apparel, and Gildan Ultra Cotton T-shirts. We have chosen this brand of t-shirt with the customer in mind. Where some of our comeptitors use cheap no-name brands that feel like cardboard and still charge you a comparable price to ours, SplitReason is dedicated to ensuring that you will like the way you look and feel in one of our tees. 2. What type of hats do you use?
Again, because of our commitmment to quality and durability in all of our apparel, we use only the highest quality Flex-Fit Wooly Combed Twill hats. Constructed with spandex throughout, a fiber that maintains comfort and shape every time you wear it. These hats are designed for active lifestyles (where you may be shaking your head like crazy) and will stay on your head after repeated wear. Below are some more details on our Flex-Fit hats:

Absolutely! As long as it's in your shopping cart and continues to be an item we sell, your shopping cart is persistent for up to six months!

Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.

9. I have an idea for a product, will you make it?
Maybe! We have an Design submission form set up for you to send us your design ideas. If we pick one of your ideas to make a design, you'll win a whole bunch of free t-shirts.

10. Can I get one of your t-shirts in a color that I like?
We try to match up each of our designs with what we think will look best in terms of color-cooridnation between the design and shirt color. If there is a color that you would like to see in our lineup for a particular design, email us with your color suggestion and we'll see what we can do.

11. Are your screen-prints high quality?
Absolutely! Split Reason uses the highest quality inks available on the market. We use fully digitized presses to manufacture our t-shirts to ensure identically fantastic results for every shirt. Our designs are quite resistant to wear and tear and DO NOT CRACK when stretched.

12. What's the deal with Shrinking? Pre-shrinking?
All of our t-shirts are 100% ringspun cotton and cotton pre-shrunk fabric. As with all cotton materials, expect shrinkage of about 5-7% after the first wash.

13. What's the recommended way to wash T-shirts?
Ideally you'll be washing t-shirts using a "Warm" setting, and air-drying them. Remember, machine dryers are the biggest enemy of t-shirts as they tend to fade designs and overall color of the t-shirt with repeated drying. If you have no choice but to dry them in your dryer make sure it's set on "Low" for drying.

14. What's the recommended way to wash Hats?
Washing a hat is not easy as there is always some risk of deformation. You can put a hat in the washing machine and it is recommended that you use cold water. Once the hat has been washed, it should be hang-dried, and placed over a round object to help maintain the shape. If you let the hat dry in an awkward position, it will likely lose shape. You can also wash hats in a dish washer using a special hat cage that you can buy at sports/hat stores, but this method can deform certain hats that use light plastic as the brim.

15. How often do you add new products?
We add new products to our lineup at least every few weeks. If you want to stay up-to-date on our offerings, subscribe to our newsletter using the subscription box on the left-hand side of the sidebar and we'll send you a monthly newsletter detailing any new additions to our lineup.

16. How closely do the colors match to what I see on the website?
We've made every attempt to show an accurate representation of product colors on our website. This includes multiple photos for each product as well as closeups and fans in action photos so you can see what our clothing looks like on other customers!

Please note that color variations WILL occur because of the simple nature of varying monitors, monitor settings, etc. If you are still unsure of a color, drop us an email to orders@splitreason.com and we'll send you a sample of the color fabric.
