Needs more characteristic references if it's going to have a MK theme. Half the tykes are doing generic kiddie things rather than MK character things. This has been done before with other franchises and I'd like to see this art get fully realized cuz it's on the right track.

I think what hurts it is that the characters are grouped together a bit too much. I would consider spacing them out into their groups of interactivity to make the image come off as more natural.

Looks good enough. Maybe should even go as far as calling the design "Babality". I agree with Michael Gonzales about it being a little clustered, but love the little character references (Sub-Zero, Raiden, etc.) And yeah, as you said, they're a little too orange.

Great idea though! I'd definitely buy it!!

Great idea, However I find it to be way too clustered. Maybe less characters and more of their own special Powers. I love how you have reptile eating the fly, Raiden lighting the Bulb, and Sub-zero with the cold.
