Font seems to "home-made", a bit of darker green shadow might clear that up.

How about different colours other than black? Red or a sickly green would look good although the font colour would maybe need to change to stand out more

I like it, but it seems a bit plain. Maybe a different font would help it out. I do think the brain looks pretty creepy though, which is good.
