It looks like the red ghost is going to steal the pellet, also, I agree, you need a Mary Magdaline, so Mrs. PacMan would be perfect. The last supper wasn't a sausage fest. ^^

As it stands now the one thing that leaps out at me is the fact that everything on them is outlined with black, except for their heads where they meet their bodies and the ghost eyes. Fruits on the table would be awesome, but of course you need to keep it to six colors, which is also another restriction on adding more ghosts.

Haha this is is neat.
I like it simple; it's like a smaller version.
But if you would like a suggestion on how to get more characters you could just do a bunch more ghosts in as many colours you could come up with, although it would go against the game a tad considering there aren't that many.
Otherwise it's great! And I support the bonus fruits idea :P

I was thinking zoidberg too! especially the hands.
add more people. study the original divinci artwork, and get everything as accurate as possible. and yes adding the fruit would be a great idea =]

Meh. By only using Pac-Man characters, you don't really have enough people to do The Last Supper.
Though, if you do keep it Pac-Man-only, the table should also have the bonus fruits from the game.
