Limit the use of the outer glow (like in the Black Mage's face), and fine tune some of the edges. After that, it's a total buy for me.

lol funny, though fix the eyes of the black mage kinda makes it look like he's got a blurry face and remove the glow puts a strain on the eyes

Haha, I like it. I'm just not sure about the white glow inside the lines. Well actually, I think it looks good on the clothes, but not on the face.
