This is some great artwork but I think the cat needs a little work or maybe some more detail.

Yeah, the drawing is awesome... if we dropped the border completely, we could print this on a light colored t-shirt in all it's detail and glory. I think it would look nice on white, or a light gray/beige color... without a border at all.
