This is the most common DNS server number in existence - it's teh default IP assigned to a new router when it first boots up. If a person knows what they are doing, it is possible to access someone's network by knowing the router's IP.

I think it's a reference to "I am not a number, I am a free man" from the (very) old Prisoner TV show. I still wouldn't buy it, though.

It hurts my eyes and I really don't get it.

cool design....but the point....poorly done. the point can be reached, but by the time the connection is made its no longer funny.... now...."hack this: 127.0.0.1...." that might work a little better ;)

Well they couldn't very well use a real ip, that would be like advertising someone's computer to hack, and that leads to legal battles, which aren't good. It's a "save" ip to use on a shirt.

Well... any IP on 192.168.*.* is reserved for internal network use. I still don't get it.

The IP address in this design is one that is reserved for internal network use, so i think this is hinting at the fact that it can be used to hack into a machine if you know what your doing :)
